Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 corn tortillas (or flour, if you prefer)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Optional: cumin, chili powder, lime zest, or cinnamon sugar (for a sweet version)

Instructions

Step 1: Slice Tortillas
Cut tortillas into triangles or strips—whatever shape suits your dip style.

Step 2: Coat in Oil & Season
In a bowl, drizzle tortilla pieces with olive oil and toss until coated. Sprinkle with salt or your favorite seasoning blend.

Step 3: Air Fry to Crispy Goodness
Place chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches).
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them—they crisp fast!

Step 4: Cool & Serve
Let the chips cool for 2 minutes—they’ll crisp up more as they rest. Then, dig in!

Notes

Spicy – Toss with chili powder or smoked paprika.
Zesty – Add lime zest and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
Savory – Sprinkle garlic salt or ranch seasoning.
Sweet – Swap salt for cinnamon sugar for a dessert chip.
