- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 beef sausages, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef Sausages
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sausages and cook for 5–7 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring well.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Let simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Stir in the beef sausages and let everything heat through for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
Serve warm with garlic bread or a side salad.
