- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For the Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (optional, for thickening)

Prepare the Chicken:
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Make the Garlic Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. If needed, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.

- Pour the garlic sauce over the crispy Parmesan chicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
