Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, diced (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Dice the cooked ham and pineapple into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk or cream until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Cook the Ham and Pineapple

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add the diced ham and pineapple to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the ham is heated through and the pineapple has softened slightly.

Step 3: Scramble the Eggs

  1. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the ham and pineapple mixture.
  2. Allow the eggs to set for a moment, then gently stir with a spatula, scraping the edges to allow uncooked eggs to flow to the center.
  3. Continue stirring occasionally, cooking over low-medium heat until the eggs are fluffy and just set, but still soft and creamy.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Remove the eggs from the skillet and plate them immediately.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t Overcook the Eggs: The key to fluffy scrambled eggs is to cook them gently, making sure they remain soft and creamy.
  • Use Fresh Pineapple: For the best flavor, use fresh pineapple when possible.

  • Low and Slow: Cook the eggs on low heat for the fluffiest texture.
