Ingredients

Scale

For the Base:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing the crust)

  • 1 tbsp cornmeal or flour (for dusting the baking sheet)

For the Cream Cheese Spread:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup cooked ground beef

  • 23 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)

  • ¼ cup beef-style bacon bits or crushed tortilla chips (for crunch)

  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions (for garnish)

  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Place a pizza stone inside if using, or line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal or flour.

Step 2: Prepare Cream Cheese Spread
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and set aside.

Step 3: Roll Out Dough
On a floured surface, roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle.
Transfer to your prepared baking sheet or preheated stone.
Brush the outer edges with olive oil for a golden crust.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly across the top.
Add the sliced jalapeños, distributing them to your desired heat level.
Sprinkle beef-style bacon bits or crushed tortilla chips over the top for added texture.

Step 5: Bake
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
Top with sliced green onions and a light sprinkle of smoked paprika or red pepper flakes, if desired.
Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Use Softened Cream Cheese – Makes spreading easier and creates a smoother base.
Customize the Heat – Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat, or use pickled jalapeños for a tangy twist.
Use Freshly Shredded Cheese – It melts better and gives a richer flavor.
Don’t Overload – A balanced amount of toppings ensures even baking.
Let it Rest – Allow the pizza to sit for a couple minutes before slicing to prevent the toppings from sliding.
