- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Mix the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Step 3: Shape the Rolls
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- (Optional) Lightly brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
Step 4: Bake & Serve
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly golden and firm to the touch.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm with butter, honey, or jam!
Notes
Don’t Overmix – Stir just until combined for a tender texture.
Use Small Curd Cottage Cheese – It blends better into the dough.
Adjust Texture – If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
